Many clients ask me about Detox in January as they have overeaten during Christmas and New year. Dont detox on fruit if you need to lose kilos as its too much sugar and you will pt on weight. detox on vegetables only and they can be raw or cooked. Eat every 4 hours. Drink lots of Green tea , my Lemon Myrtle and Triple E. No bread or dairy or alcohol. Not fruit juices but you can have three piece of fresh fruit daily . Do this for three to four days. After the initial four days try this tow days a week for four weeks. Only light exercise like walking or light swimming. No vitamins or health drinks.
